About Malinska

Malinska is a tourist center on the northwestern coast of the island of Krk, 13 km north of the town of Krk. It developed as a port at the beginning of the 19th century, when the export of wood was transferred from Porto to the cove of Malinska because of a better road connection for transportation of wood from the island's interior.
